EAST MASTER CLASS
You've probably tried once real pilaf, when one kind of powdery grains rice soaked aroma of meat, carrots and zira, delights. The taste of this pilaf can`t be confused with any other dish. Have you ever tried to cooked it by yourself?
We offer you to grasp the secrets of cooking this culinary masterpiece and you will be able to use this skills while having the picnic with friends and at home.
East workshop will help you to plunge into the atmosphere of the East, to feel
and learn how to recreate the intense spicy flavor inherent in Central Asian cuisine dishes,
and maybe you can find your own secret to cooking this dishes, the flavor, which will compare all ingredients into a delicious dish.
How will the MASTER - CLASS going:
On the tables are placed harvested raw chopped products - meat
(Depending on the option chosen by you) -chicken, pork, lamb, beef and vegetables, herbs and spices.
Every team has its own chef moderator- that gives professional advice and recommendations which will help and supervise the process of cooking food.
Cooking process:
* At the beginning of cut vegetables with the meat are placed in a vat of fire;
* Once the vegetables are ready, add to the pan spices and rice;
* When ready pilaf set aside for 10-15 minutes to brew, but this time you can have a little coffee break with samsa, meat and baklava;
* And, finally, the finished pilaf is expanded to all the participants, and then joint tasting, award winners and recreation;
