Guaranteed is the only pre-paid reservation. The advance payment can be made at any time prior to the day of arrival at our hotel, credit card, bank transfer or cash at the cash desk of the hotel. In the case of non-guaranteed reservation number is saved for you until 18.00 the day of arrival.
Departure from the rooms is carried out at 12.00, arrival at 14.00.
Subject to availability You can call up to 12:00. If necessary, a guaranteed early check-in prior to 6.00, you need to pay an extra day stay at 100% size. Arrivals after 6:00, for a guaranteed early check-in you need to deposit 50% of the room stay per night including breakfast.
When leaving the room to 18:00 payment is made in the amount of 50% of the cost of accommodation in the corresponding room per night. When leaving the room after 18:00 payable in the amount of 100% of the cost of accommodation in the corresponding room per night.
Any document certifying your personality: internal ID, passport, drivers license or others.
Breakfast is included in the price (only for standard and non-refundable rates) - buffet or set breakfast (depending on the hotel’s load), which takes place in the restaurant from 8:00 to 10:00. The cost of the child's stay (including breakfast) up to 5 years old, located in the same room with parents without extra bed is included in the price. It also provides a cot for free.
For valuables, there is a safe at the front reception desk. This service is provided free of charge.
In connection with the adoption of the law on smoking, smoking in the hotel premises - prohibited. There are Smoking Areas near at the entrances to the hotel and at the congress center "San Marino"
Yes, the hotel has a surface parking area. Parking for individual guests - free of charge, but subject to availability. For corporate guests, the cost is 80 UAH per day. Parking for 15 minutes (for disembarkation / reception of passengers) - free of charge.
