Under the original glass of white Italian wine, somewhere originally from Sardinia or Toscana, surrounded by unobtrusive nostalgic conversations in the style of "The most delicious pizza I have tasted, when I was in Italy ...", we can help you master this art once and for all.
Pizza master class - it is an opportunity to learn how to cook authentic Italian pizza, taste and value of which will be far superior to solitary efforts, it's clear - over each pizza will hold from 15 to 30 people.! Or you can make a pizza in allegro style, in team, competing in speed and work, and then it will be an excellent cooking team building. Team work, at your request, can be measured by a set of criteria (teamwork, creativity, decoration of dishes, etc..). And, of course, the opportunity to get coveted branded cap or apron Chef (maybe the logo of your company) will be given the best. And, perhaps, a dinner for two at the Italian restaurant ...
On the tables are placed harvested (raw) products, ready-made dough, sauces and ingredients for pizza. Before the beginning of the master class you can have coffee break. Every team has its own moderator chef, which shows the intricacies of working with test and correct filling pizza. In his recipe (with the help of the cook), each team prepares its exclusive dish. During the pizza in the oven, prepare the salad "Caesar salad with chicken." Cook-moderator introduces the technology of preparation. In the case of teambuilding select a jury that evaluates the work of the teams. The main criteria for the evaluation of the jury can be: regular, organic combination of products and flavors, the name of the food, the design and supply. Try their creations together, compare with the Italian ideal, and reward the best.
