Hutsul, Zakarpatskyy, Stanychnuy, Chernigov, Kazachi, Lvovskyy, Lytovskyy, Polish ...we can`t count number of flavors and aromas, secret`s and recipes of Borshch. After all Borshch - is one beggining for the peoples of Central and of Eastern Europe. Borsch had forever falling in love with itself in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary and others. And every region has its own taste, unique, special authentic. We invite you to our Borshch: genuine, Ukrainian and which will be cooked outdoors!
Borsch master class - this is an opportunity not only try borsch and all of its forms, to know what recipe will taste for you more than anything, but also get positive emotions, trying a unique dish, feeling present in the traditions related to basis of the national cuisine.
And like two different mistresses doesn`t have identical borsch, that can`t be in different teams too. Teambuilding - is a great opportunity to enjoy all flavors and appreciate the talent and skill of each team-creator of your prescription.
Do you want to give your guests a real Ukrainian feast? Borsch ™ Festival - is not just a master class, team building - a real action, familiarity with the cultural traditions of the Ukrainian people. And it will be able to hold incredibly colorful and emotionally only with Yuras Krasyuk - author and owner of this project, who gave many years ago this idea to Ukraine and the experience of holding such festivals.
Depending on the number of guests divide into teams of 15-30 people. Commands are cut themselves on speed (for team building), and then bombarded boil for 40 minutes-1 hour. Meanwhile, as the Borscht cooked, each team makes snacks - Canapés of fat, "burgers" of bacon, rolls of fat.
In its own way, carefully protected from other teams prescription (with the help of a specialist), each team prepares its exclusive option Borsch. And then, after the evaluation of the jury, determine the winner, the joint tasting. And do not forget to order a drink for real men to borscht!
