Traditions having a shish kebab party in our country, perrhaps, one of the strongest in the world.
Of course, in other countries there is a barbecue, but the shish kebabs at the forest on May holidays, and then steaming grill all summer: at the country house, by the river, in nearest forest - it features only to our country`s holiday.
By the way, do you know how to cook shish kebabs or,once the conversation went, barbecue?
BBQ master class - this is an opportunity not only to try a real steak, wings barbecue, know what recipe you to taste more than anything, and get positive emotions batch cooking, tasting and treating roasted piece of meat, just from the heat.
A workshop was founded in the spirit of the competition, it has a great culinary teambuilding, where team work, at your request, can be evaluated on a set of criteria (teamwork, creativity, decoration of dishes, etc..).
And, of course, the opportunity to get coveted branded cap or apron Chef (maybe with logo of your company) will be given to the best.
And, maybe, a dinner for two at a Georgian restaurant ...
On the tables are placed harvested raw chopped products - meat (not pickled) sauces and spices, vegetables, herbs. In the beginning, while guests gather, you can have a coffee break. The temptation of the sight and smell of crispy, roasted on the fire, will be amplified, but the meal will begin no earlier than an hour after the start of the master class.
Every team has its own moderator chef who gives his unique professional advice, recommendations. By their prescription (with the help of the cook), each team prepares its exclusive dish. In case of teambuilding event, select the jury from among the participants, which monitors the work of the groups.
And further, join the wine, feel delight, evaluation and applause, award winners and recreation.
