To become a member of our loyalty program
You must fill in registration form and forward it to the employee at the hotel's reception.
After receiving confirmation of registration, you can easily use the received Green card "Dive into nature"
By signing, You agreed to the terms of the program and processing of your personal data. In return, hotel is obliged to respect personal data of loyalty program members, do not sell or transmit to third parties the information which was obtained during registration.
The program can participate only individuals.
- Special card has a corresponding number is assigned to a particular person (cardholder) and can not be transferred to third parties.
- Bonuses are granted only for those bills that were paid personally by the guest directly (cash or credit card) without intermediaries.
- Bonuses for banquet and conference - service is not charged.
- Discount upon presentation of a special card, may be no more than three rooms simultaneously
- In case of presentation of special card at check-out - bonuses for this account is not charged.
- Exchange gains and bonuses for services is only if the preliminary inquiry by the Frequent Guest and depends on availability and capacity at the time the guest accommodation.
- Accommodation in exchange for bonuses made only when the previous request and acknowledgment of such a possibility from the hotel. In case of no-show - bonuses are not returned. If you change the dates of stay, but not later than 24 hours before arrival, hotel has the right to refuse free number. Under these conditions, bonuses are not deducted.
- In case of failure by the guest to be present for services specified in the terms of Certificate,- bonuses are not returned,certificate canceled .
- In the case of the acquisition package offers - discounts on loyalty cards not apply bonuses are awarded under the terms of the program.
- Bonuses apply the day after the payment account for services / products consumed.
